Come along to Beelarong Community Farm on Saturday the 8th of September to learn how a wireless set works. See how your great grandparents listened to the “wireless” in the 1920’s. Take dad back to his youth when he built a crystal set as a young lad. See old wireless sets from the 1920’s, 40’s and 60’s.

And the best part! Build a working crystal wireless set and listen in!

It's OK mum and dad, there will be no batteries, no electricity and definitely no hot soldering irons.
