🤩 It’s a new year and our jam makers have been busy using lots of produce grown at Beelarong and other seasonal fruit and vegetables to create some delicious preserves. These will be available for sale on Saturday 27 February from 8am to 11am at the farm.

Some of the tasty offerings include a limited quantity of Rosella Jam made using rosellas grown at Beelarong (get in quick – limits will apply) still priced at $5.00 a jar, and larger jars of Bread and Butter Pickles for $8.00 each.

🍇 We now have in stock Plum Jam, 2 types of Fig Jam, Fruit Salad Jam, Grape Jam made with grapes grown at Beelarong, and a selection of marmalades.

🍆 We also have Spicy Eggplant & Capsicum Chutney, Spicy Brinjal Pickle made with our own eggplants, Cucumber Relish using Farm cucumbers, two types of mango chutney and other boutique preserves.
