Apart from our preserves, we will also have Dianne’s lovely cards and a small selection of plants on offer.

Most of our preserves are seasonal and we use as much produce as we can from our gardens. We’re getting to the end of Rosella season, but still have Rosella Jam and Chutney available. We’ve just harvested the last of our Starfruit, and can offer you a tangy Starfruit and Ginger Jam.

It’s now citrus time so we have Lime Marmalade, Orange Marmalade, Lime and Ginger Marmalade and Cumquat Marmalade available. We have Strawberry Jam and Strawberry and Apple Jam, as well as some boutique varieties of jam including a Fruit Salad Jam.

Don’t forget the savoury preserves! Spicy Eggplant and Capsicum Chutney, Green Pawpaw and Capsicum Chutney, Spicy Brinjal (Eggplant) Pickle, Choko Lemon Chutney, Zucchini Pickle, Sweet Mustard Pickle and lots of others including Preserved Lemons.

And finally, we have some large jars of Sauerkraut on sale at $8.00 per jar. All other preserves are $5.00.
