Mother’s Day is coming up and you will find great gifts at our Farmgate Sale on Saturday 30th April from 9 am to 12 noon. As well as preserves, we also have a wonderful display of craft items made by our craft group and a wide selection of plants and herbs. We have some exciting jams for sale: Jaboticaba Jam; Pear & Jaboticaba Jam and Jaboticaba & Apple Jam, from our Jaboticaba trees; S.M.Jam using South American berries (they grow well in our climate); Starfruit and Ginger Jam and Acerola Cherry Jam.

The big news is that our rosella bushes are still producing. The demand for our Rosella Jam is always high so we need to limit 2 jars per person.

The marmalade of the month is Orange Marmalade and Kafir Lime Marmalade. Both grown in our Citrus Grove at the farm.

Chutneys and relishes include: Starfruit & Eggplant Chutney; Spicy Mango Chutney; Bread & Butter (cucumber) Pickles; Tangy Cucumber & Choko Chutney; Spicy Green Tomato & Choko Chutney.

For folk who like their preserves with a kick: Kasundi HOT and Cucumber Relish HOT.

Always in demand and big favourites: Sweet Mustard Pickles and Tomato Relish.

All preserves $6 per jar.

We also have a small batch of Lemon Butter for ‘early birds’. Limit one per person $8 per jar.
